OPEN HOUSES:
The application process begins with our Open Houses. During these sessions, you will have the opportunity to meet faculty, staff, parents and students, ask questions, and tour the campus.

Pre-registration is required for Open Houses.

"LION FOR A DAY" SHADOWING:
We invite prospective students (generally grades 4-8) to shadow current students during the fall and spring semesters. To schedule a shadow visit, please email admissions@stmcs.net.
The prospective student will be matched with a current student according to grade level, and will spend the morning attending classes with that student.
Important notes about shadowing:
What should a shadow student wear? -- Nice casual clothing is recommended for a shadow day. Examples are khaki pants, knit polo-type shirts, casual dresses, nice slacks, and blouses.
Please --no jeans, shorts, t-shirts, tank tops, low-cut tops, or flip flops.
When is the arrival time? -- Please arrive by 7:40 AM and check in at the front receptionist desk.
When is the pick-up time? -- Please pick-up at 12:00 PM in the front lobby.
Who can I shadow? -- We will match the prospective student with a current student
in the same grade level.
JOIN US AT MASS:
We would love to see you at our All School Mass.
Masses are held on Fridays at 8:30 AM in the church.
THE ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS:
Each November, the application for the following school year is made available.
New student applications, including all required documentation and application fee are due mid-February. Families will be contacted after applications are submitted regarding teacher recommendations, admission screening and family interviews.
Decision letters are mailed mid-March. Applications received after the February deadline will be considered based on space availability.
