St. Mark Financial Aid
The application process consists of completing the FACTS Grant & Aide application and submitting supporting documentation. It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure FACTS has all the necessary data.
At St. Mark, we work with families to help make Catholic education affordable for all.
To be eligible for financial aid, applicants must:
*Be accepted / enrolled
*Demonstrate financial need
*Be current with all financial obligations owed to St. Mark

HALO Initiative
The Halo Initiative supports Catholic schools in the Diocese of Dallas in getting students to college and Heaven. It operates on the belief that Catholic education changes lives and improves communities, and that a family’s ability to pay should not limit their access to a better life through one of our Catholic Schools. Over $1.9 million in direct, need-based tuition assistance is awarded each year to students across Catholic schools in the Diocese of Dallas.
All families that apply for St. Mark Tuition Assistance are automatically considered for the Halo Initiative. Please note that current school families applying in round 3 (extended application period) are not eligible for HALO funds.

Scholarships
ACE Scholarships
ACE Scholarships provide need-based scholarships and once approved, a student’s scholarship can be renewed each year. To be eligible for an ACE scholarship, families must meet the HHS Poverty Income Guidelines. See Guidelines & Qualifications for additional information.
The application period is February 3, 2025 through April 15, 2025.
To apply, click on this link. If you meet the financial guidelines then complete and submit the ACE specific FACTS Grant and Aid form by April 15.
Please note, the ACE specific FACTS form does NOT replace the St. Mark FACTS form. You will need to complete both to be considered for school or other awards.
If you have previously received an ACE award, remember that an application must be submitted each year.
Zoey's Helping Hand FundIn memory of their daughter Zoey, St. Mark Catholic Church parishioners, Carrie and Ryan Baula, established Zoey’s Helping Hand financial aid fund for preschool families who qualify. Zoey was born with Trisomy 13 and passed away in 2018. Though her condition was considered incompatible with life, she beat all odds and lived 6 ½ wonderful years. Zoey was filled with joy and energy. She loved being held close by her parents, feeling the sunshine on her face, and playing piano with her dad. She enriched countless lives, including the lives of many St. Mark Catholic School students through the family’s involvement with the St. Mark Respect Life Club which teaches respect for life in all its forms.
All families that apply for St. Mark Tuition Assistance are automatically considered for the Zoey's Helping Hand award.

The Jethsuby Scholarship Fund of the Catholic Foundation
The Jethsuby Scholarship Fund was created by Dr. and Mrs. Mauricio Delgado through the Catholic Foundation in December 2009 with the mission to provide Hispanic students the necessary resources to obtain a Catholic education. The fund provides scholarships to Hispanic students (must have one parent born outside of the United States) attending or planning to attend Catholic elementary school in the Diocese of Dallas and may be up to 50% of the parish tuition rate, depending on financial need.
Applications open on January 1 and are due the last Friday of February (February 28, 2025).
Part of the Jethsuby application requires that families also complete the FACTS Grant and Aid application. The FACTS application must be submitted by Friday, February 21, 2025 if you are applying for the Jethsuby scholarship.

Jesthsuby Application - SpanishSpirit of Love Scholarship
Rebekah Leah Rivera was a member of Mary Immaculate Church who passed away on June 20, 2004. She attended Mary Immaculate School and graduated from Ursuline Academy in 2001. She also had strong ties with the Jesuit community.Rebekah lived a life of loving service to her church and community. For this reason, her friends and family wish to keep her memory alive by awarding scholarships to young people who live their lives with that same spirit.

Catholic Daughters of the Americas Court Our Lady of the Snow #2100 - Josephine Ames Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to an 8th grade student from a local Catholic parish or school who will attend an area Catholic high school. Scholarship details are announced each spring.

The Catholic Foundation Tuition Assistance Fund
The Board of Trustees of The Catholic Foundation offers a tuition assistance fund for each Diocesan Catholic high school. In addition to other criteria, students must be of the Catholic faith and must present a need. Students planning to attend one of the Catholic high schools who might be eligible for tuition assistance should contact the high school directly for more information.
Women of St. Mark Scholarship
The Women of St. Mark award a $500 scholarship to one St. Mark graduating 8th grader who will attend a Catholic high school in the fall. Please click here for details.
