General Information: The Annual DPL Golf Classic Student Tournament is a one day event. It is open to players in 5th-8th grades. Golf is a late spring sport. Registration dates are communicated to school families via the "Weekly School Bulletin" and via email from the Athletic Director.
Team Parents are responsible for organizing individual teams (foursomes), securing player payments, and creating a team roster. Each team roster needs to consist of four players and two knowledgeable adult parents/chaperones.
Only the first 30 teams to register for the tournament may enter.
Eligibility: The golf tournament is open to players in 5th-8th grades. All players must meet DPL eligibility requirements.
Registration: Registration closes May 26, 2017 at 12:00 NOON. Golf registration is currently OPEN.
To register, complete the Registration Form found here and submit it to the Team Parent who is organizing the team (foursome). If a student wishes to participate but is not currently part of a foursome, please contact St. Mark Athletic Director, Marlene Ehring, at marlene.ehring@stmcs.net to be placed on a team.
The Team Parent is responsible for submitting completed registration forms, the team roster, and all player payments to St. Mark Athletic Director, Marlene Ehring. She is also available to answer questions and assist with the registration process.

8:00 AM - Check-In/Range Open
8:50 AM - Everyone to carts
9:00 AM - Tournament Begins
Once all players have finished, lunch/awards will begin.

Registration Fee: A $75.00 fee per golfer ($300.00 per team) must be paid by check, payable to the Dallas Parochial League (write "DPL golf tournament" and the name of the athlete in the "memo" line). Fee includes golf, carts, range balls, and lunch. Lunch for adult chaperones is included.
Uniform Deposit Policy: There is no uniform deposit for Golf.
Sports Physical Form: A Sports Physical form must be submitted each school year. For convenience, it is advised to submit a Sports Physical form every year from June 1 to June 1 to avoid any complications with school medical clearance.
Parent Code of Conduct Agreement: A Parent Code of Conduct Agreement must be signed by the parents of every St. Mark athlete and returned to the Athletic Director.
