My husband, Nate, and I have been married for 22 years. We have had the opportunity to live all over the country when he served for 10 years in the US Army. We have 4 children ages 18, 15, 12, and 5. My oldest will be heading to Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island this fall to continue her track and field career in high jump. My two sons are in school in Frisco, and my youngest will be starting Kindergarten here with me at St. Mark. When I’m not teaching or attending my kids’ activities and sporting events, I love working out, reading, cooking, and baking. I also love singing and playing the guitar and am a cantor at Our Lady of Angels in Allen.
Philosophy of Education: My philosophy is to instill a love for lifelong learning for every child in an environment where he/she feels safe, loved, and respected.
Mission Statement: As a member of the St. Mark Catholic School staff, I will be an example of respect, honesty, and faithfulness for all students. I will build a foundation of trust and respect with each student and partner with every family member to ensure that the name and need of every child is supported.
