I HAVE BEEN AT ST. MARK SINCE: 2021
PERSONAL:I am a Texas native and alumni of St. Mark, where I attended Pre-K through 8th grade before attending public high school. I attended the University of Arkansas for my undergraduate degree and joined the Pacific Alliance of Catholic Education (PACE) immediately following graduation. During my two years in PACE, I taught in Seattle, Washington while taking classes to receive my MAT. It has been a blessing and a joy to rejoin the St. Mark community as a teacher.
PHILOSOPHY OF EDUCATION: Every child that enters into a classroom comes with unique experiences and expectations. The classroom is a place where students come to learn and grow together as a community.
MISSION STATEMENT: A teacher is trusted with the dreams of the children that walk into their classroom and it is their job to foster those dreams so the child can live them to their fullest potential. As an educator, I want to create a safe and inclusive environment for all students to live, learn and love who they are while encouraging their classmates to do the same.
