I have been at St. Mark since: 1995
Personal: During my years as a Razorback at the University of Arkansas, I was a three time All-American swimmer. I participated in the 2015 CrossFit Games as a Masters Competitor and placed 13th in the world. I enjoy running, swimming, painting, designing, reading, traveling, and most of all, shopping. I reside in Plano with my husband Scott and our dogs.
Philosophy of Education: Each day I encourage children to create, explore, and reflect as they build their language and cognitive skills. By valuing children's personalities and encouraging language interactions in the classroom, I can promote children's building of social identities, as well as fostering self-esteem.
Mission Statement: My mission is to provide each student a diverse education in a safe, supportive environment that promotes self-discipline, motivation, and excellence in learning. The Kindergarten team joins parents and our faith community to assist the students in developing skills to become life-long learners who will succeed and contribute responsibly in a Christian community.
