 Certifications and specializations: Texas Core Subject EC-6, Texas Catholic Education Department Certified Religion Teacher, Montessori certification/training EC-3.  
 
 I have been at St. Mark since: 2024
 
Personal: I was born in Illinois but have lived in Plano for the majority of my life. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends including my five dogs, reading, doing arts and crafts, taking walks, and singing in my church choir. 
  
Philosophy of Education: I firmly believe that all children have the want and desire to learn. By meeting each student where they are academically, creating relationships, installing a love for their faith, and teaching real world skills, students are able to shine both in and out of the classroom. 
 
Mission Statement: My mission is to help guide each child in reaching his/her full potential as they discover, explore, grow, and develop new ideas in a safe, welcoming classroom environment where mistakes are permitted, and cooperation, independence, and responsibility are embraced.
