Education: BS in Integrated Studies with a focus on EC-6 education, The University of North Texas
Personal: I am a Texas native and have been married to my high school sweetheart for 15 years. We have two boys and four sweet dogs who bring so much joy and energy to our home. I enjoy gardening, baking, and traveling—especially to places where it’s snowing. Before joining St. Mark, I worked as a financial and logistics auditor for a large wholesale company.
Philosophy of education: I believe education is about nurturing the whole child—mind, heart, and spirit. Every child deserves to feel seen and valued. Learning happens best in an environment built on kindness, patience, and curiosity, where students are encouraged to ask questions, make mistakes, and discover their unique gifts.
Mission statement: I believe that even the youngest learners are precious gifts, each with unique talents and limitless potential. Through play, exploration, and prayer, I strive to nurture their curiosity, kindness, and growing faith. My goal is to help every child know they are wonderfully made and deeply loved by God, laying a strong foundation for lifelong learning and discipleship.
